To whom is concerned, Chairman, Director, General Manager, officer - in - Charge, Pl. note, I have replied 100 times on phone call, SMS that: My connection 886482 is terminated on Dt.[protected], after I sent mail to your office and request for customer service on mobile app, and Modem is collected by Shri Vijay. Still I get phone calls, SMS to renew. Now, I once again request you to remove Jungle of cables laid in terrace of my house, failing which, I will have no other alternative but to cut it and put on roadside, without any liabilities on my side. From last four days my you broadband WiFi Internet router is not working and I m trying to call so plzzz do as NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

from 7th i'm not able to access internet
i raised a complaint but no resolution from customer care or technician
worst service from you broad band
they don't have professional trained people all are dummy sitting and making money from poor people

As I'm requesting them to discontinue my connection from last 6 months but they are not do this, They are not refunding my money back 1250/-
