My speed is very slow since 17th november i have also complained about this manier times in call centre but neither they nor the technician is able to solve the problem and when i message him about the slow speed he says he can't solve my issue
and the surprising thing is the ping is always arround 1, 2 3 or even sometimes 0 but the speed is still not touching 10mbps

and also see the way your technician answers and whenever they talk to the head of the technical team even he is also unable to solve the problem and in my area there were 4 people who were using this you broadband out of this 4, 2 of them already left them because of this kind of their services . And also neither they are ready to refund the money of the reamaining days even when i have requested them to cut the free days also give back the money of remaining days . and also my router is totally fine and once the techncian has also brought a new router by himself to check the speed was same as of mine router
