[Resolved] You Broadband India — took money and not providing the services. | |||||
Dear sir/madam, My acno 1602683 and login id you658. This is anjali dulwani from vejalpir. You broadband sales person shailesh had come to collect the money for a 100mbs plan for which i have paid 4771 by cheque on 22nd october. He had promised the connection will be installed with a new morderm on 24th october. Which never happened and after following up with him the guys came to my house on 27th without morderm and told us that they will bring the morderm on 28th oct. And started the connection on my old morderm. Which worked for few hours and the connection went off for god knows the reasons. And since then i have been following up with shailesh and customer care office but there are only false promises of getting back to me and they never returned back with any solution. Nov 30, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Still the connection is not working and they haven't returned the money. There is no one responding from the organization. Are they really a cheat? Such big name Citi group and this is how they steal money and harras people. | |||||
