[Resolved] You Broadband — Still Connection not installed

Hi my self Nikita and we opt Broadband connection from Youtele in 23rd Nov 2014 and make payment for 12 month in advance and person told me it will installed within 15 days but still it is not installed, and so many time we complaint for it but nobody reply for it and nobody picked my call also it is very worst service.

Hi, as you told me that give company phone number or mail but till date company not sent any mail to me and even nobody contact me so we dont have any contact number and person from whom we purchase connection he is also not picked my phone to informed my connection status but by my end i am serce in company website pending status that still it is in fessibility checked status for your referece here i am sending website address (http://youbroadband.in/installation_queue_form.php) and my CRF number YOUF644860 and company told me it is insallted withing 15 days when i purchase connection and today is 16th Jan 2015 still it is not installed and we also Complaint in TRAI but we are not received any reply from TRAI also so pls do needfull...

Hi, I have applied for the new connection on 2nd October 2015 in Vadodara, Gujarat. I was told that the connection will be established within 15 days for sure. Its been more than a month now and I am still struggling with the connection and its still not established.
I have been chasing various people, going to you broadband offices, dropping emails to customer care, calling customer care. I have done that numerous times but all I get it new date and a promise.

I am tired of this now. Thought You Broadband was a nice company but it is turning out to be the most painful company I ever engaged with.

fraud company and worst service

i have informed the company people to shift my connection, they took money but did not shift my connection from 1 month, whenever i call them they said it is processing, but there is no response from one month
