YouBroadband — poor and bad post sales service | |||
Hi my kaushal jain having youbroadband connection from last 4years continously with same ac number I requested for transfer of connection on 27/06/2018 where i was told it would be done till 28th i received call from technican on 28th who told your request would be processed till end of the day when it was not done till end of the day i again call the technican who told i cant come direct you again make the complain when i again called costumer care on 29th from that day till today they are giving only one answer you will receive a call in 4-8 hours from backend team but as usual i didnt receive any call between the 7 days in between these days i called more than 10 times but in reply i receive only one answer you will get a call in 4-8 hours i even insisted to tranfer the call to senior manager but they never tranfer i must say one should think twice before taking you broadband connection in surat because of their poor and very bad after sales service Since i have made payment in advance for next 12 months i have no other option rather than hearing them for every problem they reply one and only answer you will receive call in 4-8 hours from backend team Due to their poor post sales service i request all others who want connection in surat to go for other company broadband rather than you Was this information helpful? | |||
