It has bee more than one year to following up with Youbroadband Team ButI have not received any updates yet. I have not received any updates yet, in spite of continuing followup. I have been informed that I shall be receiving a check reissue of amount Rs. 750/- (Refund check date: 05March2020, Refund check no: 306115) at my local address as mentioned below within 10 days. However Still now, I have not received any updates from your side. It has been more than one year but no response from your end as initial check was issued on March-2020, but Due to COVID-19 it was delivered in July post expiry of it. All your team members give excuses over all calls & messages with no proper response and asking again & again to wait for 15-20days without any reasons. Once it has elapsed 15-20 days again asking to wait for 15-20 days but no response from your side neither from any of the team in fact quite following up with all. I would once again request you to issue a check immediately as my below given local address or else I shall be filing complaint against all your team members as well company.
