Your Fitness Club — yfc borivali branch (satra park) fraud

I had taken a membership at the gym on 14th september 2017 at the new yfc borivali branch (Satra park) and they stated they will start it in october 2017 first week!! It’s december and the gym has still not yet started.in fact the place is emptied and theres no sign of any existence of the gym there anymore.

No one from #yfc picks up our calls and other branch people act as if they don’t have any responsibility!!

I'm expecting a refund but i have no means of getting it. I also heard their refund cheques are bouncing which is really disappointing and makes customers angry.

This wasn't expected from a brand like yfc
