Yu (Micromax) — Not deliver smartphone yet

I gave my YU yunique smartfone at Guru vallabh care in Alwar on 9th Nov.2015 for some network problems/issues.They tell me that after repairing your phone will be delivered by the company by home delivery service in One month but I have not received my phone yet (10th Dec.2015).I ask YU costumer care and Guru Vallabh care, Alwar about my phone but they tell me that my phone is yet not dispatched. They don't know when it will be delivered. Please help me.I want my phone back.
