[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Handset not dispatched after warranty service | |||
I submitted my Yureka mobile on 2nd April 2016 because the display was not working for it and it was on warranty. They told it will take 20 days for the process, after that I called the YU care on 19th April, still they told it will take 10 days. Now as I called them today, they are saying again it will take 6-7 days. And the reason they are giving for this is that it is under process, nothing more than that. Really it is irritating for me to get reply like this. Seriously I am dissapointed with the services. I want immediate solution, atleast the status whether the issue is solved or not. How moch time i m wating for my mobile plese reply me
First, No one contacted me from your side.
Secondly, When i called and inquired about my device, they told it will be dispatched and it will take 6 more working days. What the hell type of service you are giving to your customer. Every time I call to your help desk, they keep waiting me for more working days.
Also, when I asked whether my issue is solved or not, they just told you will get to know when you will receive your device. Means after waiting for 1 and a half months, I am still in confusion, whether my device is working or not. Worst, worst and worst service I have ever received ever.
If there would have been option for giving less than one star, I would have chosen that.
