Yu Televentures — Very worst service ever | |||
Hi, It's 5th time I submitted my YU Yuphoria 5010A to your service center but still problem is not solved. On 20th Dec 2016 I submitted phone in your service center and as per your email you repair my device within 10 days but today it's near about 1 month you didn't solved my problem and also I called one of your customer executive to know my device status but they only told me we don't have information. If you can not repair my device within time or You don't have interest to solve your customer problem then please refund my full cost of my phone and you can take the device. Device issue: Display issue, Device received in damaged condition. and the device is like 2nd hand phone not my previous device which I submitted(they changed my new device to old one without my permission).
