I purchased YU Yunique mobile handset from flipkart on 17 April 2016. On 23 April 2017, I was charging my mobile phone as usual. I was also using my phone while charging. Suddenly I felt something burning. I found that my phone was burnt near the speaker. On 25 April 2017, i took my phone to the nearest service center. They said that its IC is burnt and the plastic around it is also burnt. The vibration is also not working. They said that its IC, charging component and vibrating component will be changed and it would cost around Rs. 7000. Please Suggest Was this information helpful? | |||||
