I got a link to pay rs.10 as registration and on secured website i entered my otp via internet banking, the transaction showed failed due to technical reason and next minute i can see entire amount of rs.12460/- debited from my account. And showed as payment to zaak epayment services. Kindly help me get my money back i never approved any amount more than rs.10 and these fraudsters debited my entire balance.

I have paid bill from MOBIKWIK there transaction has been failed also amount debited to my account but still not refunded by ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVICE.
