Zaak Epayment Services — amount got deducted from my account | |
I have received a text message from kotak mahindra bank at 8:33 pm confirming a payment of rs. 155/- to zaak epayment services which i never made or approved of. Additionally i receive an otp request from my bank for this transaction. This is fraudulent transaction which has been done without my consent. Transaction time on text message was 20:48:25. My transaction has been processed, ordering food from brahma Hotel pune, the amount was debited from my account 309.85/- but I did not received the food ordered nor refund, I also called in the hotel but they told we did not receive your order, so I request you to verify the transaction and refund my money from zaak epayment services... Thank you

In my account 3557/- debited for unauthorised transaction.what is the bloody site for zaak e-payment services...
On 8.11.2019 5.21 PM saal epayment services debit 384.10 rs from my account and bank send otp fraud with me by zaak epayment services pls take action and give my money
