Zaak Epayment Services — money debited from my kotak bank account unknowingly.

I just checked my bank statement of kotak mahindra bank and i saw that their were two unknown transactions in my statement to zaak epayment services private limited. Whereas. I have not authorised this payment nor i ever contacted zaak epayment services private limited. How can two transactions got debited from my account, that to all of sudden, early morning which hardly got to my notice at first place.
