Zaak Mobikwik — money fraud

This mail is regarding money fraud from my hdfc bank account.
On 29th of this month at 7;45 rs 9865 got deducted from my account that too without entering any amount and otp for the transaction.
Help me get my money back.
Sms i got is thanks for paying rs 9865 zaakmobikwik via netbanking.

Help me to get my money. Nobody is picking our call now.
