Dear team, I booked irctc ticket from farook to jamnager. My pnr nu. [protected].i booked two tickets. When i canceled the two ticket i get only one ticket cash back 1820. My total amount is 4020. I had booked Tatkal ticket pnr no.[protected] which became waiting then IRCTC refund the amount but I did not recieved refund amount

I have made cancellation of train ticket through irctc on March 5th 2018. While checking the refund status, it is showing the amount is refunded on 8th March 2018 through zaakpay. But till now the refund amount is not credited to my bank account.
