[Resolved]  Zaakpay — refund not received

Hello sir

I received following mail from irctc but no amount has been refunded to my bank account
Dear customer,
We wish to inform you that, with reference to refund against pnr number null /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 1445.0 has been processed as per below details:
Date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:25-apr-2018
Refund processing date:26-apr-2018
Refund amount:1445.0
Refund reference no:zp56aa4c3181ae0
Payment option used : zaakpay pg

Normally the banks take time to process refund in
(I) for net - banking/wallets/cash cards transaction: 3-4 business days,
(Ii) for credit card/debit card transaction: 6-7 business days
