[Resolved] Zaakpay.com — amount not refunded on failed transaction on irctc rail connect app | |||
I tried to book ticket on IRCTC Rail Connect App on 02.07.2018 but the transaction got failed and an amount of Rs. 4286.80/- debited. The platform for booking of ticket payment was done by Zaak e-Payment Serices Pvt. Ltd. The debited amount has not been refunded till date. I sent an email to Irctc at [protected]@irctc.co.in for the said transaction. They looked into the matter and sent me a reply - "Dear Customer, Please note that TXN [protected] was settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket." I called Axis bank (My Bank) for that matter but they said that the transaction is successful on Zaak Epayment Services Pvt. Ltd. Please look into this matter, it has been 18 days and no refund in my bank. With reference to the above subject, I would like to inform you that I have been booked of railway tickets on 13. 07.2018, 17.07.2018. These are tickets have been been failed transaction. I kindly requesting for amount refund.
