Zaakpay.com — bank refund

I have booked rly. Tatkal ticket on 06.05.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through sbi banking. Due to waiting list reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 06.05.2018. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 07.05.2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

Money deducted from my account debit card while in recharge 399 it get failed but money is cutted from bank please return my money

I have booked rly. Ticket on 14.06.18through irctc. Portal i have paid through icic bank. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 05.06.18Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 16.06.18 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible
