Zaakpay.com — booked a train ticket in uts but transaction error, but account debited | |||
Hi, i booked season ticket in uts payment gateway. I got a confirmation from bank end which says amount has been debited and credited to payee zaakpay with transaction id [ending 860]. But gateway transaction failed with error response from zaakpay and booking did not happen. Now amount has been debited from my account of rs 275.73. Could you please address this issue at the earliest with priority and refund to my acct at the earlist Was this information helpful? | |||

I will ticket online booking on irctc zaakpay option amount recevied but transaction failed amount not refund my account it as not transaction failed message was not send please send refund rs 2160 at 4 july 2019

Have made the EMI payment of rupees 8200 to the merchant on 17th July. Till today they have not updated the payment & I am continuously in incurring the penality and late payment charges.
With no customer support at all. I am wondering who to complaint now. The transaction was successful and money was also debited.
