Zaakpay.com — booked irctc ticket through zaakpay.. but no refund

I booked a tatkal railway ticket on 3rd of nov 2018 and made payment through zaakpay.
As my tatkal ticket ended up as waiting list

Irctc issued refund to zaakpay but zaakpay has not credited the amount back to my account.

I tried calling the customer care number but there was no response.

Refund amount : 325
Refund status: amount credited to bank (Zaakpay).

Irctc issued refund to zaakpay but zaakpay has not credited the amount back to my account.
