Sir i had done my transaction on 3 may 2019 but my transaction failed due to unavailability of seats On 4 may 2019 i got an email from ircrtc that your transaction has been processed but after 11 days refund had not been credited in my account Transaction i'd [protected] Reference number zp587f4461948ae Sir please do it asap As i had contacted irctc they were saying that refund has been done from outside So you can.
