Zaakpay.com — electricity bill amount. not refunded | |||
I have made transaction with I have made transaction with zaakpay.com gateway to pay my electricity bill for rs. 4640 on 18/08/18 my bank account was debited with the amount showing generated number zaakpay[protected]. But my electricty bill was remain unpaid and not credited. I have made complaint to zaakpay.com gateway for the same and request to refund the amount. Nothing is heard from zaakpay i have send reminder twice after passing reasonable time. More than ten days is already passed, neither i have received refund nor any massage from zaakpay. I have made transaction first time with zaakpay and i donot know how to deal with zaak;pay gateway to get my money back. I have also mentioned gateway that if electricity bill is not paid by due date, penalty to be levied. To avoid penalty i have to paid my bill without getting refund from zaakpay.
