Zaakpay.com — failed transaction amount refund

Respected sir i was trying to book ticket from irctc, but ticket was not booked but amount is deducted from the account, in irctc it is showing the amount is refunded. And i didn't get any amount, oly zaakpay pg it is showing, please refund my money. And date was17 th feb through tatkal process, how to get the details, and even i tried to call 📞 customer care but there is no response from any of irctc customer care,
so pls refund my amount 2131.47 rupee
