I have booked rly. Ticket on 04.06.18through irctc. Portal i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 05.06.18Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 09.06.18 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c.
