Hi, I booked irctc ticket on 21-oct-2017. My amount rs. 775.90 was deducted from my hdfc account but ticket wasn't booked. Irctc has refunded to zaakpay but zaakpay hasn't refunded to my account back. I paid on irctc using zaakpay. I canceled 2 tickets and irctc has refunded that amount on 17th october 2017. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 1020 rupees.please refund
