I have made a cancellation but the amount has not not reflected in my bank accounts, please help me resolve this issue. Please see the details below.

I cancelled 2A ticket against pnr no.[protected] on 25th june 2019 but i have not been refunded yet the irctc shows amount refunded but it is not credited yet in my account so please look into the matter and act as soon as possible...as i need the amount to go for another booking so refund it as early as possile

As per book ticket DDU TO HWR ticket tatakal cast Rs 1393.27 is debited through Axis BANK dt. on 08/07/2019 but ticket not received as per mail id For reference[protected] kindly do the needful.
