Zaakpay.com — irctc ticket

I have booked tickets by sbi atm card. But at the time of final payment server error occurred and tickets was not booked but 580rs deducted from my account. And i stil get no refund. I attached the screenshot of transaction details. So please solve this issue and refund my money. Please do see the screenshot for ful information about transactions
