I have book a ticket from irctc app and use zaakpay pg for transation on 12 aug 2018 And book ticket for 13 aug 2018 Pnr no. [protected] And from irctc helpline they are saying that the amount of rs 1020 is refund from there on 16 aug 2018 but in my bank account no amount is added of refund my bank manger is giving conformation that no amount is credited till today And irctc provided some detail about refund like Pnr no. [protected] Transation id . [protected] Refunded amount . 1020 Status . Refunded Settlement id . [protected] Refund date .. 16 aug 2018 Remark . Refund for cancellation Bank rfnd txn id . ZP5733d458627c3 When irctc refunded my money my are u not refunding my money I am dissatified with ur services No helpline no. No contract no. MY 2 PNRs [protected] and [protected] are cancelled on dated[protected] and refund for this has been initiated on[protected] but it in not credited in my bank account till now. Period of 6-7 days has also been passed.
