Zaakpay.com — irctc ticket cancel amount not refunded in bank account

I have canceled 2 irctc tickets on 4th and 5th november 2019. The payment was done by hdfc net banking using zaakpay gateway during original ticket booking.

Refund processing date for both the tickets have been done by irctc on 6th november 2019.
