Hi, I booked a ticket on IRCTC (detail given below). Later on, I cancelled the tickets. Post 3-4 days, I checked that I did not get refund in my bank account. When I called IRCTC, they mentioned that the money has been credited to Zaakpay PG. I want Zaakpay to credit the amount to my bank account/debit card.
