[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — irctc ticket cancellation refund not released by zaakpay to icici bank

Dear sir/madam,

I have cancelled my ticket (Pnr [protected]) on 5th may 2018. Cancellation id generated as [protected] and refund amount of 1440.0 initiated. I haven't received the amount in bank account till date. The refund status shows 'amount credited to bank (Zaakpay) with reference number zp569eed71b309b'. The refund id is [protected].

Please investigate.
