[Resolved] Zaakpay.com — irctc ticket cancellation refund not yet credited | |
Dear team, I have done an irctc ticket cancellation on 12th april 2018 and the irctc website states that the amount is refunded to zkpy on 14th april 2018. It is yet to be credited in my bank account. Request your help to get the amount credited. Apr 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The amount got credited in the bank account on 20th... I assume that it would take 6-7 days for money to get credited into the bank once it is refunded to ZAKY PG.
I tried raising tickets in the mobikwit site too, but no response. I feel, ZAKY PG/MobiKwik must provide a customer care number for smoother experience Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

I have cancelled railway ticket PNR NO:[protected] on 19 Mar 2018 the amount Rs 1350/- has to be refunded to my acct however the same still not credited in my acct but IRCTC conformed that the same amount has already been sent to ur bank Refund ID : [protected]
