Zaakpay.com — money not transferred into my account | |||||
I did transaction through irctc app using zaakpay options. They tickets were not booked but the money was deducted from my account twice. Later on it shows money has been refunded into zaakpay pg given 1. Transaction id-[protected] 2. Transaction id-[protected] Please refund money back to my account as soon as possible. This is preposterous, you guys are not returning a poor persons money. You guys should be ashamed for stealing a poor persons money.shame on zaakpay. Have decency to return the money you stole.

I booked my train ticket from irctc app
But my transaction was failed and rs 920.0 debited from my account so money not credited to my account

Date of booking :[protected]
From irctc app current status showing "Pending from bank end" ..
So please solve my above issue as soon as possible...
