Zaakpay.com — no refund amount

I have cancelled my railway ticket from zaakay gateway and my pnr no [protected] and transaction id [protected] i protected amritsar mail 13006 amritsar (Asr) to shahjahsnpur (Spn) amount has been refunded to zaakay by railway but still not credited to my account. Refund id [protected] dated 12 october 2018. Total amount to be refunded to me after deduction is inr 415. My cancellation date 12 october 2018 (Protected). Please do needful as soon a possible.
