On 27/03/2018 i booked ticket in irctc with my sbi net banking and payment on zaakpay the transaction was failed and i check the status in irctc the amount was send to zaakpay bank account but not credited to my sbi account and i inform yesterday to zaakpay complaint registration there was no reply to me what about my money its credit or not to my account please reply me fast and the details are transaction id no : [protected] date 27-march-2018 refund id [protected] cancelled amount 525.0 and reply me how i get my money the customer care number also not working with in 24 hours i want the reply or reason about my money Failed transaction number : [protected] transaction date 27-march-2018 refund id [protected] refund and cancelled amount 525.0 Was this information helpful? | |||
Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 30, 2018 sathish kumar E's response I can see status - Mark as resolved. But i didnt receive my amount. Kindly give me any timeline to return the amount | |||
