Zaakpay.com — non receipt of refund amount in bank account

Kindly see the two mails given to me by irctc.

We wish to inform you that, with reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 1090.0 has been processed as per below details:

(2) dear customer,

I have not received the refund amount in my bank account since 9 days.
Kindly do the needful asap.

I try to book a ticket in irctc mobile app in transcation in my account amount is debited but ticket booking is failed.
