I have booked rly. Ticket on 28-dec-2017 through irctc. Portal i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 28-dec-2017. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 3-jan-2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible
