Hi, i was trying to book railway ticket from pbr to src on dated 15th feb, but after transaction through zaakpay the payment get done but ticket not booked and also after waiting for 2 days, i have not got refund also. The amount i am waiting for refund 2245, also i am trying to get on customer care number but reachable or wrong number mentioned on site. I need help on it. I'd made a payment for uber via the app. The money got debited from this getaway but hasnt reached the company. So I have been charged twice for the same trip. Kindly look into this.
