Zaakpay.com — payment has been made through my website on zaakpay.com but i am not using that payment gateway.

One of the buyers of my online course - mr. Sanjay goyal tried making the payment for my online communication mastery course through my website.

He was redirected to zaakpay.com and rs. 4000 has sent to zaakpay.com

Merchant name is zaakpay.com

Bank reference number is[protected]

I have tried calling on the contact numbers of zaakpay.com but either the numbers are unreachable or the calls are not being picked.

I want the money back and also have to know how come the customer was redirected to zaakpay.com
