Portal i have paid through Mahabank debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc Not book on 26.01.2018. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 29.01.2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. I have booked tatkal train ticket on dt. 27/01/2018, PNR no-[protected] Amt-410, not confirmed and hence as per IRCTC portal shows amount is refunded on Zeekpay but till date not received in my bank account
