I have booked the railway ticket on railway app and payment has been done to by my debit card but amount has been deducted and ticket transaction has been failed.

Details are as follows:

Ticket book date :- 23/11/2018 for tatkal
Transaction id:- [protected]
Amount deducted :- 460.49/rs

Its a request you to refund the amount as transaction has been failed.
