Zaakpay.com — refund amount was not credited in my bank account after irctc ticket cancel

I have used zaakpay as payment merchant for irctc ticket booking but i due to some reason i had to cancel my ticket & irctc has refunded my amount, but still that amount has not been credited to my bank by zaakpay.

I already contacted irctc customer care many times, but they sadi the amount was refunded. I mailed to irctc with attached my bank statement.
