I didn't received refund. I cancelled tickets in irctc but still i didn't received refund and cancellation id is : [protected] and reference id is : ZP56ff1be6299cc and refund amount is 200 so please refund it as early as possible . Mobile no. : [protected] I have booked via irctc application and after due to some problem i cancelled my ticket and status of my transaction is refund but i didn't received amount . I cancelled my ticket on IRCTC on 3 july for which I paid through your payment gateway and refund has been made by IRCTC but not credited to my account as bank name they are showing as zaakpay PG. So I request you to please check where is the real issue with the refund status.

I have been charging since last December 2018 and amount keep deducting from my account without my knowledge. I have made a complaint to the bank but they are saying I have to go to cyber police and lodge the complaint.
