Zaakpay.com — refund from irctc not credited in bank but show refunded by zaakpay pg.

Hello, i cancelled ticket from irctc and i get a sms that payment refunded by zaakpay pg but amount not credited in my bank a/c.
Below here some details related to ticket.

Refund status: refunded
Bank name: zaakpay pg
Refund amount: 1095.0
Refund date: 23 jul 2018
But till date i did not get the refund, so, kindly process my request.
