Hi Team, I had booked on 1st march 2018 through irctc app from axis bank account and cancelled it on 6th march 2018 today its been 7days i havent received refund money in my bank account and pnr no is [protected] and cancellation id is [protected] it was mentioned i will get my refund by 3 days its been 7 days now. When i checked with irctc they mentioned amount is been refunded amount is 2005. Kindly check for the same. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 12, 2018 Updated by shankde Hi Team, I had cancelled my booking in IRCTC on 6th March 2018 but it say its been refunded but i haven't received it in my bank account and ID booking is [protected]. its been more than 6 days . Now its is showing amount is bieng refunded by zkpy on 1 march 2018
