[Resolved] Zaakpay.com — refund not received for railway ticket in my account | |
Hi team, I have booked ticket on irctc app using zaakpay payment gateway. The ticket is automatically cancelled yet the refund is not credited to my amout Please check and help me on to the same. Please note i have checked from my end. Found that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay pg bank. But it hasn't been credited to my amout from zaakpay.
