Refund of cancellation of below detailed IRCTC ticket has still not been credited into my account which was cancelled on 9.10.2019. In spite of commitment of IRCTC through SMS to credit refund within 3 - 4 days. The refund ID- [protected], PNR -[protected] dated 09.10.2019. And remind ing of such things through complaint forum is not at all fair instead of having all thing online. I shows your sheer negligence towards the timely refund. Finally, Plz credit refund soon.
