I have cancelled my rail tickets & the payment gateway was zaakpay the refund was initiated on 04.09.2018. The refund reference no. And amount is as under: (A) zp572f15a7e3327 of rs. 2010/- (B) zp572f170339ba5 of rs. 80/- The refund amount has not yet been received.
