Zaakpay.com — refund of irctc tickets

Sir, i cancelled two tatkal tickets of amount rs.1220 on date 21 december 2017. The amount which is to be refunded is rs. 1100 as per irctc site and status of refund is showing that the refund is done on 25 dec 2017 and in zkpy bank but i still did not get the refund in my account now its been 13 days from refunded date still i didn't get the refund amount. So i kindly request you that process my refund as soon as possible.
